LAN/WAN Administrator

Developed and implemented the network infrastructure giving the company the stability to bring all the web services in-house thus saving MCS $36,000.00 dollars a year.

Lead project that incorporated the communication via routers of 13 regional offices on the Island to one central location using dedicated 128 to 512 Mbps lines in order to provide connectivity to company services.

Integrated the network with security countermeasures running on Linux and Solaris, dividing the network in 4 segments and positioning IDS sensors thru the network perimeters.

Created and maintained VPN solution to connect 100+ MCS telecommuting users throughout the Island.

Lead the Windows NT4 to Windows 2003 Project thus giving the company a full migration path and incorporating existing technologies with the new Windows 2003 operating systems.
